Shipping policy
All candles are hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 1-14 days for processing, as each candle is poured, cured, and prepared before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Holiday Shipping: During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We strongly recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed, even if a carrier provides an estimated delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Weather Conditions: Candles and wax based products are sensitive to temperature changes during transit. During colder months, candles may experience frosting or slight separation from the container. These cosmetic changes do not affect candle performance or scent. We recommend allowing candles to rest at room temperature for 24 hours after delivery before lighting, especially during extreme weather conditions.
Shipping and Delivery Responsibility: Once your order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
